What's an Outcome Profile?
It's your guide to success—not a rigid task list, but a framework that empowers you to find the best way to excel in your role.
A Modern Approach to Job Descriptions
At NCC Health, we've moved beyond traditional job descriptions to something more meaningful: outcome profiles. Instead of simply listing tasks to complete, an outcome profile focuses on the results and impact of your work.
This approach gives you the freedom to innovate and find the most effective methods to achieve your goals. Research shows that outcome-based work leads to greater job satisfaction, increased motivation, and better results for both team members and the organization.
When you start with us, you'll receive your personalized outcome profile with your employment contract. This document will outline the key outcomes expected in your role, providing clarity on how success is measured while giving you autonomy in how you achieve it.
Your Probation Journey
The probation period is designed to ensure you're thriving in your new role. We use structured check-ins to provide support, gather feedback, and celebrate your progress. This isn't just about evaluation—it's about your development and success.
1
6-Week Check-In
Early feedback and adjustment period. We'll discuss your initial experiences, answer questions, and ensure you're settling in well.
2
3-Month Check-In
Mid-probation review to assess progress. Your manager will review your development and provide guidance on any areas needing attention.
3
6-Month Check-In
Final probation assessment. Your manager will evaluate your overall performance and officially notify you of your probation outcome.
Throughout this journey, communication is key. Don't hesitate to reach out to your manager between formal check-ins if you have questions or concerns. We want you to succeed, and these milestones are designed to support that goal.

Merrimac Pharmacy Procedures
The Merrimac Pharmacy division operates under procedures established by:
  • QCPP – Quality Care Pharmacy Program, Australia's quality standard for community pharmacies
  • Brand Guidelines – National brand standards accessed via brand portal
These frameworks ensure consistent, high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance across all retail pharmacy operations.
NCC Procedures
NCC Health follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) adapted from internationally recognized standards:
  • USP – United States Pharmacopeia, the gold standard for compounding
  • PIC/S – Pharmaceutical Inspection Co-operation Scheme, ensuring international quality standards
  • Pharmacy Board of Australia
These rigorous protocols govern our compounding operations, maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
